A non-prorated 20 year labor warranty on installation. This warranty covers the labor and craftsmanship of the fence installation. It does not include malicious damage, acts of God, or normal wear and tear. A lifetime steel post-in-the-ground warranty. This covers the integrity of the steel posts installed into the ground. No tree is perfect, and it’s a natural product. We cannot be responsible for natural shrinking, warping, knots, cracking, splitting, or checking.  The lumber warranty is as follows: The MFG of the lumber warranties it against damage by fungal decay or termite infestation that makes the wood structurally unfit for the application for which it was used; provided that all of the following conditions are met: (i) such use is a Covered Use on a Covered Property; (ii) each piece of lumber bears the logo of an inspection agency that is sanctioned by the American Lumber Standards Committee; (iii) each piece of lumber has a  Warranty or similar end tag retained by the Original Consumer Purchaser. The lumber warranty does not cover labor for installation. The Fence Guys, within 60 days of validation of a claim under this warranty, will arrange to exchange the qualifying damaged lumber for new lumber of the same type. The non-prorated, 20 year warranty coverage offered by this warranty applies to the individual homeowner purchasers only for as long as the purchaser remains the owner and primary occupant of the property on which the fence is installed.
